Read this first if you are interested in renting your home or property for the 2010 World Equestrian Games.

The following is the process for listing your homes with 2010weghomes.com:

1. Download the Rental Listing Application BY CLICKING HERE .  This appication gives us standard information on each property we receive. 
   
   
2. Download the Listing Contract (Short Version) and Required Amenities BY CLICKING HERE.  This is a standard rental managemet contract adapted to fit the unique characteristics of this special event. Note that you only need to fill out the "Shortened Version" Contract.  We will go over the extended version with you in person if a renter chooses your home.
   
   
3. Mail your listing application, contract and $199 listing fee to us at the address listed at the bottom of this page.  Email up to date photos of your home to us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
   


4. Someone will contact you by phone or email (be sure this information is on your rental application) within a week or so after we receive your information to let you know it has been received.  We will include in this email or call what we feel the ideal listing price will be.  We can always increase or decrease the listing price to your liking, but know that this could adversly effect your ability to rent your home.
   
   
5. That's it!  Now you can just sit back and wait to see if someone visiting Lexington for the games is interested in your property.  If so, we will handle all contracts, deposits and even the cleaning crew for you.

In the event someone is interested in renting your home, we will schedule a time to visit and view your property first hand.  At this time we will discuss what the potential renters are looking for and, if necessary, provide suggestions on what you need to do to get your home prepared to rent.  We will also go over the extended version of the contract with you at this time.  Email us with any quesitons you may have, but note that answers to many questions can be found on the FAQ page.
